Description
Deutsch: Das Biotop Feldhecke östlich ‚Michelbachwiesen‘ ist ein geschütztes Biotop (Biotop-Nr. 167201250545) im Michelbachtal in Bad Wimpfen, Landkreis Heilbronn (Info). Es besteht aus zwei parallel einem alten Feldweg folgenden Hecken, die aus dichtem Buchschwerk und zahlreichen alten Bäumen, insbesondere Walnussbäumen bestehen und eine Art Allee bilden. Sie ist ein Zeugnis einer alten, durch die Flurbereinigung weitgehend zerstörten Kulturlandschaft.
Hinweis: Ich habe hier ausnahmsweise eine Person mit aufs Bild genommen, um den Maßstab zu verdeutlichen – auf Aufnahme ohne die Person unterschätzt man die enorme Höhe der Hecken.
English: The listed protected biotope Feldhecke östlich ‚Michelbachwiesen‘ (local ID 167201250545) in the Michelbachtal in Bad Wimpfen, Germany consists of two hedges framing an old rural way. The hedges consist of dense bushes and old trees, especially walnut trees and form a kind of rural avenue. The trees are witness to an old cultivated area which has been largely destoyed by the eallocation of land.
Hint: by way of exception I have included the person into the photo to give you a kind of scale — the hedges are quite high.
