Description
English: Rawon is a traditional dish from Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. It can be considered as a sort of beef soup. This picture contains spices that are needed to make a good rawon. The spices include sugar, garlic, shallots, keluak/pucung, candlenut, coriander, pepper, lemongrass, ginger, kencur, galangal, palm sugar, lime leaves and bay leaves.

Esta foto muestra las especias, hierbas y los condimentos comúnmente utilizados para hacer rawon, incluidos azúcar, ajo, chalotes, keluak/pucung, nuez de la India, cilantro, pimienta, limoncillo, jengibre, kencur, galanga, azúcar de palma, hojas de lima y hojas de laurel.
