Description
English: Man on a motorcycle holding a flag of Laos, in front of green karst peaks, early morning at 6:36 am during the monsoon. Northern view from the top of Mount Nam Xay, Vang Vieng, Vientiane Province, Laos. There is no track to ride a motorbike to that place, accessible only via a steep and slippery climb. The vehicle was routed there some years ago by a team of experimented climbers equipped with ropes, and now constitutes a sort of unusual or surrealistic item within this scenery. Camera set on a tripod.
Français : Homme sur une moto, arborant un drapeau du Laos, devant des sommets karstiques verts, , tôt le matin à 6h36 pendant la mousson. Vue nord du sommet du mont Nam Xay, Vang Vieng, Province de Vientiane, Laos. Il n'y a résolument aucune piste pour conduire une moto jusqu'à cet endroit, accessible uniquement par une montée aussi raide que glissante. Le véhicule a été acheminé là il y a quelques années par une équipe de grimpeurs expérimentés équipés de cordes, et constitue désormais une sorte d'objet insolite ou surréaliste au milieu de ce décor.
