Description
English: Idli Sambar is a traditional South Indian breakfast. Idli is made of fermented rice and black gram batter and steamed in molds. Sambar is a vegetable curry with lentil base. This combination is looked upon as a healthy one.

During the lock down last year, I wanted to practice food photography and had therefore reading about various Indian cuisines and street foods as to how they should be shot to look more appealing. This is shot under natural lights, placed on a sofa near the window.

In this, I also learned how to enhance individual food colors.
